Inmates at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York attacked another inmate in a violent stabbing.
The incident occurred in October 2017. Two inmates are seen talking to the victim inmate, distracting him.
The two suspect inmates work in concert to carry out an ambush on the victim, stabbing him multiple times in the face and torso with a jail made shank knife.
The brutal attack was in a cell block. The jail was sued by the victim for not protecting him from the assault.
