61-year-old John Cutter was arrested on March 8, 2024 accused of video voyeurism at the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, NC. John is a convicted sex offender.
John is accused of going in the bathroom and using fake car key fobs that had small cameras on them to video record boys using the bathroom at Bojangles Coliseum on February 24, 2024.
Young boys were in the bathroom with their dad at a Charlotte Checkers game.
While the boys were in a stall, the dad said he saw a hand and car fob go under the stall for a few seconds.
The father confronted John as he walked out of a neighboring stall, but John denied everything and walked away.
The father notified police, and after a nearly 2 week investigation, cops executed a search warrant at John’s home.
Police say they found videos of boys using the restroom at the Bojangles Coliseum, including the private parts of young boys.
John was arrested and charged with secret peeping. John was convicted of child sexual crimes years ago and was put on the sex offender registry.
