Rethanachantra Em, 33, and Borein Ngiem, 32, were arrested on December 18, 2025 accused of murdering Albert Lowery, 44, in Charlotte, NC on North Sharon Amity Road. The Christmas holidays have brought a lot of death and misery this year.
Albert was shot and killed on December 15, 2025. Albert was in front of a daycare when he saw people allegedly trying to steal catalytic converter car parts at 3 a.m.
Albert confronted the suspect and the victim was shot dead. The suspects fled. Albert was a new uncle, he died one day before his niece’s first birthday.
After investigation, cops arrested Em and Ngiem. They are both charged with murder and conspiracy.
