Nicole works with kids with speech problems, but Nicole is the one that allegedly had slurred speech during DWI arrest
Nicole Seabright, 32, is the Director of Operations at KidSpeak, Nicole was arrested on October 24, 2025 in Cornelius, NC accused of DWI. Nicole also worked as a kindergarten teacher for years. KidSpeak is a private, pediatric therapy practice in Charlotte, NC.
Nicole was driving a vehicle on Burton Ln when she pulled up to a red light. At one point another passenger car pulled behind Nicole and honked at her. Nicole’s car did not move and the cars behind hers had to go around.
An officer saw that and decided to check on Nicole to make sure she was okay. The cop approached and saw Nicole sleep at the wheel.
The cop had to pound on Nicole’s car window for several seconds before she awoke. Nicole appeared very confused and it took her additional time to open the window.
Nicole had slurred speech and glossy eyes. She advised that she had one beer and then changed her answer to two beers. The cop asked for Nicole’s license and she handed the cop two credit cards.
Nicole failed field sobriety tests and blew an 0.14 blood alcohol volume on a breathalyzer test. Nicole was arrested charged with DWI.
