2 people were shot and killed in wild homicides on June 2, 2024 in Charlotte, NC. The most recent was at 3 a.m. on Echo Glen Road. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Officers received a shots fired call near a residence and found a male victim with an  apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased on scene.Less that an hour prior a victim was murdered on Tom Hunter Road at 2 a.m. during a shooting.
Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scenes to conduct an investigation and process the scenes collecting physical evidence.
