An Enterprise Car Rental employee was fired, and then allegedly pulled a gun on his boss
Isaiah Williams, 26, is the Enterprise Car Rental employee that was arrested after getting fired. He worked at the Enterprise location in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Isaiah was fired by Enterprise for unknown reasons. So on June 11, 2025 Isaiah came to the Enterprise airport location to see the boss that fired him named Ron.
Isaiah approached his ex-coworkers and asked where Ron was at. Isaiah is then accused of lifting up his shirt and displaying a gun. Court documents say Isaiah said I got my 40 gun ready for him.
Isaiah left the property. The other Enterprise Car Rental employees called 911. Isaiah was arrested on June 12, 2025 charged with possession of firearm on city property.
