Jose Octavio Cruz, 57, was murdered in a quadruple shooting on August 2, 2024 at a home located on Shamrock Drive Charlotte, NC. Jonathan Rivera, 20, Kevin Zetino, 19, and Adilio Garcia Lemus, 24, were all arrested in this case.
At 11:30 p.m., four people were shot during a home invasion style robbery. Suspects busted into a residence and attempted to steal $1,000 from Jose.
Suspects shot Jose and 3 others in the home. Officers responded to a shots fired incident.
Officers discovered four victims with gunshot wounds. Two victims were located in the roadway with life threatening injuries and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
