BARBER KILLED IN WRECK, WAS ALSO HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE

On September 9, 2024 Lee Staten was killed in a car accident in Charlotte, NC. Lee was a master barber at a barber shop near North Tryon Street. He also worked at Home Depot.

Lee was driving a vehicle at the intersection of Hood Rd. and Plaza Road Extension when at 4:45 a.m. another vehicle slammed into Lee’s vehicle head on. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The head on collision killed Lee Staten

Lee died on the scene. The other driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Lee is an alumni of Garinger High School in Charlotte.

Years ago Lee was a bus driver for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.
