2-YEAR-OLD GIRL SHOT IN WEST CHARLOTTE

A 2-year-old girl was shot at apartments on Evoke Living Lane Charlotte, NC September 15, 2024.

5-year-old Lyric Thomas was shot and killed on New Year’s Day 2023

The girl was sleep with family when at 1:40 a.m. a suspect began shooting multiple shots and drove off.

3 teenagers were murdered this week in Charlotte

The young girl was shot by the gunfire. Emergency personnel was dispatched to the scene.

EMS performed life saving measures on the 2-year-old girl, the girl was then transported to the hospital by ambulance.

3-year-old Carter Jimenez was shot and killed on February 21, 2024

The girl had life threatening injuries and underwent surgery. She is expected to be okay.

No arrests have been made.

10 PEOPLE KILLED IN CHARLOTTE

On September 12, 2024 Denzel Walker, 33, was killed after being hit by a freight train on Arrowwood Rd.

15-year-old Anthony Smith was shot and killed on Silverleaf Road.
