Jaleel Nivens was shot and killed on April 24, 2022 on Boyte Street Monroe, NC. Jaleel was murdered in the afternoon.
Jaleel was shot several times and was transported to Atrium Main Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
This incident occurred beside the street with numerous individuals standing nearby who all witnessed the shooting. No one has come forward with information about this murder. By law, people have the right to remain silent.
The Monroe Police Department is requesting any information that could lead to the arrest of the people responsible for the murder of Jaleel.
