On May 25, 2018 Lewis was under surveillance by police due to potential drug sales and activity.
In the afternoon cops saw Lewis leaving a residence and decided to pull him over. Lewis refused to stop and sped away. Police loss sight of the suspect down a hill. Click here to see other fatal crashes.
Lewis then lost control and drove off the road and struck a large tree. The crash crumpled up the vehicle to non recognition.
The fatal collision collapsed Lewis’s face into his skull and destroyed 80% of his brain. Lewis died on scene, his chest and entire body was also crushed in the crash.
A large amount of cocaine was reportedly found in the car.
