Kacie Dubuque was accused of driving drunk, her truck was hanging off an embankment

Cops responded to a single car accident near the intersection of NC 51 and Independence Pointe Pkwy
A white Ford Ranger was leaning over an embankment and about to fall into a steep drainage ditch.
Kacie was the driver and sole occupant of the Ford Ranger truck. Kacie was able to be rescued from the truck. She appeared impaired by slurring her words and being unsteady on her feet.
Kacie failed field sobriety tests and was arrested charged with DWI. Kacie was given an Intox EC/IR II test where she provided two breath samples of 0.33 blood alcohol content.
