Alisha was on the 3rd floor in her apartment when someone shot into her unit 5 to 7 times around 8 a.m. Alisha was shot multiple times.
Neighbors called 911. Alisha was found dead in the apartment complex. Alisha had a few chest tattoos. This is the 8th murder this week in Charlotte.
