At 10:21 p.m., Michelle was shot on city streets. Paramedics responded to the scene and found Michelle suffering from gunshots.
Michelle was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. The victim was later pronounced deceased.Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to conduct an investigation and collect physical evidence.
