EMS arrived to find the victim lying in the roadway, unresponsive with life threatening injuries.
Michelle was transported to Novant Hospital. On November 4, 2024, at 12:29 p.m. Ms. Onley was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
Impairment and speed do not appear to be contributing factors by the vehicle driver. The driver of the vehicle was cited for driving on a revoked license.
