A woman is in jail after being charged with using fake cash at a Vape business, maybe the butterfly tattoo gave it away
Demani Love, 25, was arrested on August 11, 2023, accused of using a fraudulent $100 bill at a vape store located on 3501 South Tryon St. Charlotte NC. But jail is nothing new for Demani, she has been to jail many times.
At 6:34p.m. Demani is accused of entering the vape business and attempting to use a fake $100 bill to purchase items from the business.
An employee flagged down cops and Demani was arrested. Authorities say Demani had 34 OxyContin pills and a large sum of cash.
Demani was charged with attain property by false pretense and felony possession of controlled substance.
