Demani Love, 27, was arrested on December 5, 2025 in Charlotte, NC charged with breaking into a woman’s home and stealing liquor along with other items after an argument. Demani is also accused of stealing from Sephora at Concord Mills Mall and a Kohls store. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Demani had a sleep over with a woman named Jasmine on November 30, 2025 at Jasmine’s house in exchange for Demani giving Jasmine a ride to work the next morning.
The morning after on December 1st Demani took Jasmine to work, but an argument began on the way. Demani dropped Jasmine off and then went back to Jasmine’s home allegedly breaking in. Demani gets arrested so much that we created a entire webpage of her shenanigans.
Demani is accused of ransacking the home, ripping a flat screen TV off the wall. The suspect was allegedly seen on ring camera during the ordeal. Demani is accused of stealing laundry detergent and liquor from the residence as well.
Four money orders totaling $1,619 were allegedly stolen from the victim’s home too. In October 2025 Demani was accused of stealing at Concord Mills Mall at the Sephora store, fragrances totaling several hundred dollars were stolen.
In October 2025 Demani was accused of going to Kohls and stealing multiple fragrances make-up and body care products in Concord, NC.
Finally on December 5, 2025 Demani was arrested accused of larceny, breaking and entering, shoplifting, and damage to property.
Demani was already arrested earlier in 2025 accused of stealing from the South Park Mall Sephora.
Sephora thefts are more common than people recognize.
Even a Sephora store in Huntersville was a victim of theft crime.
