On July 5, 2023 a motorcycle rider is seen on video running over a Massachusetts State Police officer on Interstate 95 in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
The officer approaches the male suspect, who was allegedly operating his bike erratically. The officer stands in front of the motorcycle and tries to turn off the motorcycle’s engine, but the man keeps the engine on.
The suspect then had enough and drives forward with the officer in front of the handlebars and front wheel.
The officer tries to hold on to the vehicle, but the motorcycle had too much power and the officer is forced to let go. The motorcycle pushed the cop into oncoming traffic.
The suspect then speeds off down the highway ramp. The suspect got away.
