On July 17, 2024 Jayuntae Gregory, 22, got into a shootout with police at a gas station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
At 10:30 p.m., Jayuntae was spotted by police at the gas station. Jayuntae was wanted for a double shooting that occurred earlier in the week.
Cops moved in on Jayuntae inside the gas station and Jayuntae went to the back of the store.
Jayuntae was armed with an assault rifle and fired at cops multiple times. Customers from the store are seen running away.
Jayuntae then posts up inside the store firing shots at cops on multiple occasions and yelling at the police.
Officers on scene shot back, but did not shoot the suspect.
Jayuntae then opens the front door and runs out the gas station while also shooting at police, police returned fire and Jayuntae was shot outside the convenience store.
No police were shot and no customers were shot either. Jayuntae was arrested and transported to a local hospital for treatment of non fatal injuries.
