DaBaby was arrested in Miami, Florida on January 2, 2020. The platinum selling rapper is accused of beating a promoter and taking his I-Phone.
DaBaby claims he was supposed to be paid $30,000 cash for a appearance/event, but was actually only paid $20,000. When DaBaby didn’t get the rest of the $10,000 that he says he was owed, a fight broke out.
DaBaby and his crew are accused of beating the promoter and robbing him, taking the promoter’s I-Phone and cash at a Miami hotel.
DaBaby was arrested and later appeared on video in court where he stated he had $250,000 in his hotel room that he needed his lawyer to go get.
