No charges will be filed on the person that killed Quandarro due to a self defense claim.
The case was initially investigated as a homicide.
The incident started when Quandarro and a second adult male were involved in a verbal altercation in the apartment complex parking lot. The argument escalated and Quandarro was shot. The victim remained at the scene laying in the parking lot, he died at the hospital.
Officials say the man that shot and killed Quandarro was acting in self defense, therefore no charges will be filed.
