A 68-year-old woman was robbed at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in New York on April 7, 2024.
The suspect approached the female victim as she was walking up the church steps. The suspect then punched the woman, knocking her down the steps.
The woman fell backwards onto her head on the hard pavement. The suspect with no remorse then took the woman’s purse and patted her down for jewelry, cash, phones, and car keys.
The suspect then ran away with $300 cash from the victim. The suspect also stole the woman’s car. The female victim was critically injured and found by church staff.
