Watch armed men shoot AK-47 guns at a Dodge Charger in traffic

An AK47 shooting took place on September 2, 2026 in Lee’s Summit, Missouri on a busy stretch of highway.

The shooting was near Missouri 291 highway and Chipman Road. At 10:50 a.m. a Dodge Charger was stopped in traffic at a red light. A dark colored truck pulled up, several men dressed in black exited the truck and shot AK-47 guns at the Dodge Charger.

The Dodge Charger pulls off, a occupant in the Dodge Charger was shot and seen at a hospital. The truck turns and speeds away as the suspects get in.

No arrests or deaths have been reported.
