On March 5, 2024 a person was found shot on I-277 in Charlotte, NC. Around 8 p.m. a victim was seen shot laying on the interstate. Passing motorists almost ran over the victim.
The body nearly caused severe accidents. 911 was called to report the body in the interstate.
Paramedics arrived and took the victim to the hospital with life threatening injuries. Police shut down portions of the interstate as the crime scene forensic team arrived to analyze the shooting.
