Dead body found in lake
On May 30, 2025 a dead body was found in a lake on Golf Acres Drive Charlotte, NC. At 1 p.m., officers responded to a call for a dead body. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Upon arrival officers discovered a dead body under the water. Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to conduct an investigation, along with other emergency personnel.
At this point it is not known if this was a suicide or a homicide. There have been so many water search and rescues.
