UNC Charlotte college football player Treshun Wynn was killed in a head on collision, had young daughter
Tre’shun Wynn, 30, was killed on February 27, 2026 during a head on car crash in Monroe, NC. Tre’shun played football at The University of North Carolina Charlotte. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Treshun was involved in a crash on Goldmine Road. Treshun was driving a vehicle when he and another vehicle collided head on.
Treshun was killed on impact. The driver in the other vehicle was injured and rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Treshun played football at UNC Charlotte years ago. He was also a BIG 22 player of the year in high school. Treshun was arrested in 2025 accused of marijuana offenses.
Treshun leaves behind an 11-year-old daughter.
Treshun’s funeral is scheduled for March 7, 2026 at Central United Methodist Church in Monroe, NC.
