18-year-old Nasir Scott shot and killed his girlfriend Tatiana Haywood, 18, in Fayetteville, North Carolina on May 24, 2023. Nasir then killed himself.
Nasir and Tatiana were in a residence together at 8:15 a.m. Nasir shot Tatiana dead in a bedroom.
Nasir shot himself shortly afterwards. Neighbors called 911 and police found Tatiana’s lifeless body. Nasir was on the ground injured, an ambulance rushed him to the hospital, Nasir died at the hospital.
It is not known what led to the murder suicide. Tatiana was a senior at Douglas Byrd High School and was set to graduate on June 7, 2023.
Earlier this month a cop murdered his wife in Fayetteville and then killed himself.
