A deadly shooting took the young life of teenager Victor Ramirez, 17. The wild homicide occurred on May 18, 2025 on Winding Path Way Charlotte, NC in uptown. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Victor was shot and killed at 3 a.m. in a parking lot of a business. Victor sustained multiple gunshot wounds, he died on scene.
