A deadly shooting took the life of 19-year-old Marquez Summers on July 9, 2024 on Carver Boulevard Charlotte, NC. Demarius Poole, 22, was arrested charged with Marquez’s murder.
Around 6 p.m. Marquez was shot on Carver Blvd. The victim was then driven to Atrium Health Hospital on North Tryon St. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Hospital staff was treating Marquez for his injuries, but he died at the hospital.
Demarius was arrested on July 10, 2024 charged with murder.
