Odis Draughn, 28, died on June 30, 2024 along with Tellton Jones, 28, during a double homicide and triple shooting in Tarboro, NC. Odis had a 9-year-old son and other kids. Arrington Everette, 34, was arrested on July 1, 2024 charged with killing both men. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
A large party was occurring at a trailer park. Alcohol was being served. At 3 a.m. an argument began with a group of people, the argument led to a fight at the party.
That fight then resulted in several shots being fired. Odis, Tellton, and a third victim were all shot. Odis and Tellton died on the scene.
The third victim survived. On July 1st Arrington was arrested charged with double homicide. He was not given a bail.
Odis’s funeral was on July 13, 2024.
