Raheem Lowery, 21, has been accused for the murder of Cory McKinney, 17. Raheem was arrested on July 16, 2020.
Cory was murdered on Cushman Street Charlotte, NC near West Sugar Creek Road on Sunday July 12, 2020 at 3 p.m. during a shooting. Cory was found laying in the front yard of a residence shot. Paramedics arrived and transported Cory to Atrium Health’s Carolina’s Medical Center – Main where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
Raheem is charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and discharging a firearm in the city limits.
