Omar Teasley, 18, was arrested on December 30, 2024 charged with the murder of Rashaka Prince, 18, in Charlotte, NC.
Rashaka was shot and killed in a wild homicide in July 2024. The homicide occurred at a home on Cattail Court.
Around 2 p.m. Rashaka was shot inside the home. A family member arrived and found the victim dead.
Detectives with the police Homicide Unit identified Omar as the suspect, and on December 30, 2024, officers located and arrested Omar.
