A 16-year-old girl was shot 22 times after breaking up with her ex-boyfriend
Diamond Alvarez, 16, was shot and killed on January 11, 2022. Diamond’s ex-boyfriend Frank DeLeon, 17, has been charged with her murder. Diamond was murdered in Houston, Texas.
Diamond was walking her dog at a Houston area park on January 11th. A suspect approached her and shot her 22 times.
Diamond’s dog ran away back home. When the dog arrived to the house without Diamond, her family knew that something was wrong.
Paramedics arrived at the park and pronounced Diamond dead at the scene. On January 17, 2022 Frank was arrested and charged with Diamond’s murder.
Frank and Diamond were in a romantic relationship, but they had recently broke-up.
