A teen girl is missing in a troubled high crime area

Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Cerenittie George, 13, she went missing in Charlotte, NC.

George was last seen on Orchard Trace Lane near West Sugar Creek. George was last seen wearing tan baggy pants and a white shirt with a green long sleeved shirt over it.

The area is a hot spot for drugs, murders and prostitution.
