On June 6, 2026 Angelina Chicas, 17, was killed in a vehicular wreck on North Sharon Amity Rd Charlotte, NC. Angelina has just started a job at Manolo’s Bakery.
The preliminary investigation indicates Chicas was in a Honda attempting to turn onto N. Sharon Amity Road when she was struck by a Chrysler 300 car.
The driver of the Chrysler 300 was injured and rushed to the hospital. Chicas was unresponsive on scene and then taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Chicas was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The driver of the Chrysler 300 survived. At this time it is unknown who is at fault.
