Skyahjah was found unresponsive on September 21, 2024, at a home in north Charlotte.
911 was called and paramedics rushed Skyahjah to the hospital. Unfortunately, Skyahjah died at the hospital 2 days later. The cause of death is being investigated, but no foul play is suspected at the moment.
Skyahjah was a student at Chambers High School, formerly known as Vance High School. She also attended Aspire Academy in Huntersville, NC at some point.
Skyahjah’s funeral will be held on September 28, 2024 at Roseboro’s Mortuary & Crematory 4300 Statesville Rd. Charlotte, NC at 11 a.m.
