The suspect was on probation after getting arrested for the Porsche theft, he didnt charge battery on his ankle monitor and it went into no location status
In May 2026 Noah Allen, 25, pled guilty to robbing a man and taking his Porsche Cayenne in Charlotte, NC.

The crime occurred in October 2020. Noah robbed a man at gunpoint, taking the victim’s 2011 Porsche Cayenne. Noah was later arrested charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, and felony flee to elude with a motor vehicle.

Noah was let out on probation while he awaited trial, Noah was put on ankle monitoring. Noah let the battery of the ankle monitor device run out which led to a no communication and no location status for the ankle monitor.
Multiple audible sirens and alerts were sent out from the ankle monitor instructing Noah to charge the monitor. Hence Noah was re-arrested several times before trial on probation violations of not charging the monitor.

At Noah’s May 2026 trial he pled guilty to the charges and Judge Eady Williams sentenced him to 38-58 months in prison.
