Jahvale Culp, 17, and Keion Brown, 20, were arrested charged with the murder of Kamorrie Prather, 18.
The victim was murdered in a shooting on Frew Road Charlotte, NC. on May 3, 2025.
Kamorrie played football at Butler High School.
