Gorgeous multi ethnic teen girl killed in drive-by shooting, suspect arrested
Tracoby Meeks, 20, was arrested on November 19, 2025 accused of murdering Navaeh Carter, 17, at the intersection of North Graham Street and Craighead Road Charlotte, NC near West Sugar Creek.
Navaeh was murdered in a drive by shooting on May 31, 2025. At 2 a.m. the victim was in a vehicle when she was shot by masked assailants in another vehicle at the intersection. The suspect vehicle then sped off.
Navaeh died on scene in the car. The arrest comes 6 months after the murder, it is not known what evidence exists that ties Tracoby to the homicide. See more teenagers killed here. Tracoby is charged with murder and felony conspiracy.
