Malik Jordan, 24, was arrested on May 6, 2021 charged with the murder of 24-year-old Ashford Peal. Ashford was shot and killed at apartments in Charlotte, NC.
As a result of continued investigation Malik was located and arrested by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team. Malik is charged with first degree murder.
On the day of April 9, 2021 Ashford was shot at apartments on Parkland Circle. Ashford was shot multiple times. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene by medics.
