A professional skate boarder trained kids how to skate, he also sexually assaulted them after earning their trust, the victims were juvenile boys
In April 2026 Wayne Goff, 56, was sentenced to over 100 years in prison for sexually assaulting little kids that he taught how to skate board. Wayne was a professional skate boarder.

Wayne was a professional skateboarder from Charlotte who was sponsored by smaller companies and traveled to competitions and events, often taking young kid skaters with him. Mr. Goff used his role as a mentor to sexually assault children, the majority of them boys.
These sexual incidents happened in the 1990s, with the latest reported incident happening in 2010.
The investigation revealed that Goff sexually abused multiple minors beginning in the early 1990s. Over the course of the investigation, detectives with Charlotte Crimes Against Children Unit identified numerous victims, further strengthening the scope of this case.
In February 2022 cops received an email from a victim of Goff’s asking for help in reporting abuse from the 1990s when the victim was 13-years-old. After interviewing this victim, detectives were able to identify more victims and begin building a case against Goff.
18 victims later came forward to report sexual crimes on Wayne. In March 2022 Wayne was arrested charged with indecent liberties with a minor and one count of a statutory sex offense. Detectives served the warrants on Goff and took him into custody. Mr. Goff later bonded out of jail.
In 2026 Wayne went to trial and was convicted, the judge sentenced him to 116 years in prison.
