Justin Hargrove, 36, was arrested on November 26, 2024, after cops launched a search warrant raid at his apartment residence on West Trade St. Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Officers obtained a search warrant based on the apartment being rented fraudulently under the name Hannah Olson.

3 women were accused of a fraud scheme at Carolina Place Mall

Ms. Olson is a victim of identity theft, and her information has been used at numerous other apartments in the Charlotte area.

A female suspect was accused of cheating people out of money

Cops raided Justin’s apartment, kicking the door in and yelling commands for everyone to get down. Justin was shocked at the raid and thought someone was breaking into his apartment.

Officers placed the defendant under arrest. Police say Justin admitted to having knowledge of the apartment being fraudulently rented in another persons name.

Justin was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
