An Oreilly Auto Parts employee in Charlotte allegedly hit her boyfriend in the head with a tablet
Elena Nova-Abad, 39, works at the Oreilly Auto Parts store in Charlotte, NC. She is an assistant manager at the store, she was arrested on May 25, 2025 accused of simple assault and domestic violence. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
On May 25th Elena found out that her boyfriend Juan was cheating on her. She saw something on the internet that indicated such. An argument began between the two. Elena got mad and started damaging Juan’s electronic Apple tablet by throwing the tablet.
Juan was subsequently hit in the head. Juan had a visible knot above his right eye. The
victim also had a video of the incident on his phone.
Elena was arrested on scene on charges of assault and domestic violence. Elena is from the Dominican Republic.
