A victim was killed in a night time collision near Beatties Ford Rd

On October 26, 2025 one person was killed in a crash during the early morning hours. The fatal crash was on Interstate 85 Charlotte, NC near Beatties Ford Rd.

The deadly wreck was at 1:15 a.m. Officials said one person was killed in the crash. A portion of I-85 was closed for several hours after the crash.
