Keia was murdered on November 13, 2023 in a double shooting on West Sugar Creek. A huge fight led to shots fired. Keia and another person were shot.
Keia died at the hospital. The other victim survived and was in serious condition.
Shikeem was located and arrested near the incident location shortly after the shooting.
Shikeem was charged with murder. At trial Shikeem pleaded guilty to second degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Shikeem was then sentenced to 192-252 months in prison.
