LaDarrell pled guilty to felony fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, being a habitual felon, four counts of misdemeanor child abuse, possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, robbery with a dangerous weapon, first-degree burglary, two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, four counts of assault with a deadly
weapon with intent to kill, three counts of injury to personal property, and discharging
a weapon into occupied property.
For the first 5 charges, Judge Knight sentenced LaDarrell to 51-74 months in prison. For the remaining charges, he was sentenced to a concurrent sentence of 65-90 months in prison.
