Curtis Lampkin, 24, was murdered on October 7, 2024 on a wooded walking trail on Peachtree Dr. Charlotte, NC. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram now.
Around noon time Curtis was found dead as a woman was walking her rottweiler dog on a wooded trail.
The rottweiler dog began to pull towards the woods and began barking. That is when the woman saw the dead body of Curtis and called police.
Curtis may of been shot. Paramedics and police responded to the scene. This is now the 5th homicide within near week’s timing.
A man identified as Mario was murdered in uptown Charlotte on October 9, 2024.
