MAN MURDERED IN AFTERNOON SHOOTING

Joemanie Sweeney, 24, was murdered on June 23, 2024 on Faires Rd. Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Joemanie was a father and leaves behind a new born baby.

At 11:00 a.m., Joemanie was shot near a residence. Upon arrival, officers located Joemanie dead on scene.

There is no word on what led up to the shooting, but no suspects are in custody.
