MAN MURDERED AT PARK WITH DOG IN WEST CHARLOTTE, HIS GRANDMOTHER DIED MONTHS EARLIER

Alex Ford, 28, was murdered in a shooting on December 4, 2025 on Tuckaseegee Road Charlotte, NC. His grandmother Delores Ford, 84, died in March 2025. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Alex was shot and killed in a vicious homicide at 8 a.m. right in front of his dog at a park. The shots were heard and 911 was called.

EMS arrived on scene to find Alex dead, his dog was laying beside his dead body licking his face. The dog was taken by Charlotte Animal Care and Control.

Alex’s grandmother Delores Ford died of old age in Charlotte back in March 2025. No suspects have been apprehended in Alex’s murder.
