Antwon Risher, 19, was shot and killed on March 14, 2020 on Griffith Street Charlotte, NC.
Upon arrival, officers located Antwon with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of an apartment complex. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Homicide detectives canvassed the area to determine whether there were any additional witnesses to the crime.
Crime Scene Search responded to the call to process the scene and collect physical evidence. Representatives of the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Homicide Prosecution Team, Victim Services, Charlotte Fire Department, Medic, and Operations Command responded to the scene.
No arrests have been made at the moment.
Antwon’s murder is the 4th homicide in Charlotte within a week.
